Detailed registration information is provided below.  The registration fee includes admission to all sessions, breaks, reception, lunches, and conference dinner. 

Registration: January 11-February 15, 2016

• Regular: $300
• Student/Post-Doctoral Fellow: $200

Late Registration/On Site: February 16-February 26, 2016

• Regular: $350
• Student/Post-Doctoral Fellow: $250

Payment may be made by credit card, check, or wire transfer.  Please note that wire transfer will not be an option after January 31, 2016.

Any requests for cancellations must be made in writing before February 15, 2016.  A $50 administrative fee will be assessed for all refunds up to this date.  No refunds will be made after February 15, 2016.
